Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

Partner with the Restaurant Supervisor to run efficient shifts, lead floor staff, manage stock levels, and ensure our guests receive a superior dining experience from opening to closing

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, manage shift schedules, flex deployments, and enforce health and safety standards
• Address complaints professionally, monitor staff service standards, and maintain a pristine dining area
• Track daily sales, balance sales reports, and assist with inventory and P&L records
• Implement promotions to achieve targets and maintain display guidelines (visual merchandising)
• Oversee receiving, restocking, and maintaining optimum warehouse stock levels

About You

• Education: Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree course
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a team leader, shift lead, or supervisor in a restaurant or fast-food chain
• Core Attributes: A reliable operational anchor with strong communication skills, cash handling accuracy, and an absolute passion for customer service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step up into management
