HIRING: ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate FOH staff
• Ensure excellent guest service and smooth operations
• Monitor staff performance, hygiene, and discipline
• Support inventory, stock control, and cost management
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and service targets

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
• Professional, presentable, and guest-focused

Location: Murree

Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Murree: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• resturant /hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
