Priceline Pharmacy Richmond Traders is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager (2IC) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong retail leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team culture, and retail excellence.

As the 2IC, you will work closely with the Retail Manager and Pharmacy team to support daily operations, drive sales, lead the front-of-shop team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading and motivating the retail team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment
• Assisting with staff training, rostering, and team development
• Managing stock control, merchandising, and promotional execution
• Supporting inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensuring store presentation and compliance standards are maintained
• Acting as the Retail Manager in their absence

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail leadership or supervisor experience (pharmacy, health, beauty, or retail preferred)
• Is confident leading a team and setting a positive example
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is customer-focused with a proactive attitude
• Works well under pressure and can multitask effectively
• Has experience with KPIs, merchandising, and retail operations
• Is reliable, professional, and passionate about delivering results
