Assistant Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations

1. Monitor Country Sales Performance KPI to Achieve monthly and annually.
2. Maintain store operations at a high standard for smooth operations.
3. Analyze sales figures and data to create an action plan and solve each store's KPI issues.
4. Manage staff performance through the store manager level to ensure each staff member can perform above KPI targets.
5. Coordinate with the HR department to recruit new joiners and plan for team structure.
6. Coordinate with the principal for weekly directives and communicate through the retail store team.
7. Orient the retail store team for new joiners or refresh training on any concerns or issues each quarter.
8. Propose an incentive program biannually to motivate each KPI.
9. Handle customer's complaints as a professional solution and coordinate with the global customer service team.
10. Organize brand documents for approval from the management team.
11. Main contact person for the landlord, maintenance vendor, cleaning vendor, and printing vendor.
12. Support the Senior Retail Operations Manager for ad-hoc tasks.

Shipment

1. Overview of shipments from the freight forwarder with the Retail Operations Associate.
2. Understand the customer process and be able to manage each issue from customer.
3. Understand the delivery process from warehouse to retail stores.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree is required, and minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Work closely with the Brand Principal.
6. Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
7. Open to flexible working arrangements ( E.g., holidays and weekends)
