Assistant Retail Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising employees, handling cash registers, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store management, including hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
• Manage daily operations such as cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Support in training development programs for staff members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to promote a visually appealing shopping atmosphere.
