• Product Training Material Development:

Break down each season’s new product design concepts, fabric technologies, functional selling points and styling logic.

Deliver a full set of retail learning resources including training manuals, seasonal launch presentation slides, selling script cards and styling guides.

• Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct pre-season group training, roadshow training, live online sessions and onsite in store coaching.

Cover full modules including product knowledge, sales processes, service standards and customer complaint handling.

• Retail Operation Empowerment: Implement star-level service standards and retail greeting scripts.

Guide stores on scenario-driven visual merchandising and high-value-order styling, and drive the translation of classroom learnings into practical in store performance.

• Data Review & Continuous Improvement:

Track training participation rate, assessment pass rate, and post-training changes in store sales and average transaction value.

Produce monthly and quarterly training reports to inform iterative improvements to product offerings and retail policies. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a minimum of 3 year working experience in retail training and retail operations. Prior experience in premium outdoor / sportswear or designer brands is preferred.
• Proficient in apparel product knowledge, fabric craftsmanship and end to end retail sales workflows. Capable of independently developing training courseware and producing PPT materials.
• Strong classroom facilitation and audience control skills; adept at scenario based teaching and hands on in store coaching; willing to take short term nationwide business trips.
• High self motivation, sensitivity to fashion and outdoor trends, with solid aesthetic judgement and styling competence.
• Proven track record of independently leading projects and developing training programmes such as sales skill frameworks, MSP, NPS related initiatives, etc.
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Core Competencies
