Assistant Revenue Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and occupancy rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
