Job Summary
The Assistant Safety Manager supports overall safety operations at construction sites for real estate projects. You ll work closely with the Safety Manager to enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and foster a culture of zero-harm on site.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and HSE plans.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications.
Monitor safety practices and ensure mandatory use of PPE.
Coordinate safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks.
Assist in incident investigation and prepare detailed reports.
Track corrective actions and ensure closure of non-conformances.

Qualifications
