Assistant Sale Manager

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans, strategies, and business development initiatives.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase sales and profitability.

Experience Needed

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
• Experience assisting with sales team coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
