The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Assistant Sales Executive / Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support our sales operations by engaging with clients, assisting in the preparation of quotations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, tender documents, and technical presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and onsite meetings to understand their needs, provide product information, and follow up on enquiries and orders.
• Technical Coordination: Work with engineering and operations teams to align equipment specifications, delivery schedules, and project requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
• Account Management Support: Help maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and support key account follow-up.
• Market Intelligence: Assist in researching market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
• Product Demonstration Support: Coordinate and support product demonstrations or site visits, answering general technical queries with guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a junior sales role in construction, engineering, industrial supplies, or a related B2B environment is an advantage.
• Good technical aptitude with the willingness to learn and understand construction equipment and engineering solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with a professional and courteous telephone manner
• Possession of a Hong Kong driving license would be an advantage
