Assistant Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily travel lounge operations and customer enquiries.
• Handle bookings, sales, travel assistance and client coordination.
• Act as the in-charge of the office and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Coordinate with staff and maintain service standards.
• Submit daily operational and sales reports to the Main Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in travel, hospitality or customer service.
• Good communication, sales and team-handling skills.
• Responsible, organized and capable of independently managing an office.
