Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Channel Sales Officer to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the scaffold and ladder industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, increasing product penetration, and boosting sales through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Job Description:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for scaffold and ladder products.

Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Promote brand awareness and product features through on-ground activities, promotions, and campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in construction materials, industrial equipment, or building products.

Good understanding of scaffolding and ladders product range and applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a strong sales orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
