📌 Working: Monday – Friday
📌 Location: Bangkok, Silom
📌 Work style: Office 100% + frequent customer visits at factories / industrial areas

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Engineers to achieve team sales targets
• Manage key customers, projects, proposals, quotations, and negotiations
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct regular customer visits to both new and existing clients, mainly at factories and industrial sites
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Automation Solutions
• Coordinate with Engineering, Software, Installation, Procurement, and related teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Age 30 years old or above
• Minimum 4 years of B2B Sales experience
• Experience in team management / sales leadership
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer management skills
• Business-level English (Able to interview in English)
• Experience in Automation, Warehouse Automation, ASRS, Logistics, or Material Handling is an advantage
