Job Description Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Dharwad Branch Hubli, Gulbarga, Raichur, Hospet, Belagavi & Davangere

Experience: 3+ years in sales of electrical products

Product Portfolio: Wires & Cables, Fans, Lighting, Switches and Switchgears

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and achieve assigned sales targets across the allotted territory.
• Manage and expand dealer, distributor and retailer networks.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote the company’s product portfolio and ensure market penetration.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Follow up on orders, payments, collections and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical or business background will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in wires and cables, fans, lighting, switches or switchgears.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and established dealer/distributor relationships.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
