Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibility

• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the Corporate Sales Segment and sales performance.

• Assist Sales Executives on customer visits to understand customer requirements and support opportunities from initial discussion to deal closing.

• Coach and support Sales Executives in customer engagement, follow-up and opportunity development.

• Promote and upsell the company's key products and solutions based on customer requirements and company sales direction.

• Review and analyse the existing customer database to identify inactive customers and potential accounts for reactivation.

• Develop new sales opportunities and build a strong new customer pipeline through prospecting and business development.

• Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, follow-ups and deal progress to ensure opportunities are converted into orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers.

• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to support customer requirements and close sales opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 or 2 years of relevant sales experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
