Your Role as Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Sales Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the development of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Customer Service:
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting Massage Envy memberships, services, and retail products.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a commitment to satisfaction.
• Team Support & Development:
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating sales associates to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Operational Excellence:
• Support daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for employees and clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Sales-Driven:
• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• People-Oriented:
• Passionate about helping others and skilled at building relationships with clients and teammates.
• Experienced:
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Energetic & Flexible:
• Willing to work weekends and evening shifts as needed.
• Problem-Solvers:
• Able to think on their feet and resolve challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented:
• Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
