Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound calling.

.Conduct client outreach and schedule meetings with prospective customers.

· Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

· Collaborate closely with the COO and leadership team to achieve sales targets.

· Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business deals.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Food, Grocery, Staples, FMCG, or related sales sectors.

· Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, meeting setup, and sales closures.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
