We have 6 clubs in our Pittsburgh area, 2 of which have just been freshly remodeled and another 3 will be remodeled this summer.

Job Summary
This role is a great combination of sales/marketing skills with a passion for fitness. It is a unique role that allows you to help people better their lives and make money in the process. You will be taking tours and helping people get started on a membership and/or personal training. You will be marketing and giving out free passes to get more people into our clubs. You will be contacting and following up with active and new leads to invite them into the club. The assistant sales manager will work directly with the club's GM to drive membership growth, while being trained and developed to take over 1 of our 6 locations as the next GM within 3-6 months.

Duties

• Meet daily production metrics designed for you to succeed
• Market our product inside the club, outside the club and on social media.
• Lead and supervise sales associates to meet or exceed sales targets through coaching and training
• Run club in GM's absence

Pay: $35,251.00 - $63,462.80 per year
