Assistant Sales Manager- Immigration/Global Mobility

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily telesales floor operations (attendance, discipline, call monitoring).
• Allocate databases and ensure CRM discipline across executives.
• Monitor daily targets, pipeline health, and zone/project performance.
• Prepare zone-wise and project-wise reports (Move2Europe vs Europathways).
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of telesales executives.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales team management.
• Strong leadership, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi + English; regional language knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to drive performance under tight monthly targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
