Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Monitor promoters’ team to exceed performance goals.
• Manage and grow key accounts across retail and wholesale.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to drive effective decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance reports, tracking of the retail store performance, monthly sales recap and action plans
• Partner with marketing teams on localized campaigns, events, and digital activations to elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry (especially in the health food)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, attention to details, result-oriented, highly sales-driven and good team spirit
