Assistant Sales Program Executive / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductorprograms.

2. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestonesand deliverables are met.

3. Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams tofacilitate smooth project execution.

4. Support partnership development and maintain effective communication withstakeholders.

5. Prepare reports, presentations, admin and program updates for internal teamsand customers.

6. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager asneeded.

7. Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurateand up-to-date.

8. Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes andoperational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience

9. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

10.2–5 years of experience in project/program coordination within semiconductormanufacturing or a related technical environment.

11.Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

12.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

13.Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.

Preferred

 Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) or product lifecycle management.

 Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and terminology.

 Basic understanding of risk management and project tracking metrics.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
