Assistant Sales Representative

Summary

Assisting Sales Representatives by performing sales route duties when primary representative is off work by fully developing all sales opportunities in assigned accounts in a reliable and efficient manner through selling, merchandising, servicing, rotation, and successful completion of all related sales duties, other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Communicate to customers all pricing and promotional activities.

· Increase simple and multiple distributions of all products and packages, in including draught where applicable.

· Sell and secure the best possible selling position equal to or greater than market share for our products in each account including primary displays, secondary displays, shelf space and coolers.

· Increase, maintain and track shelf facings and shelf space for all products.

· Solicit and participate in night calls, promotions and special events in accounts.

· Perform merchandising duties when not assisting on a sales route.

· Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize out of stock products.

· Report and monitor all competitive activities to Management.

· Abide by all company policies, rules, procedures and state, local and Department of Liquor Control laws.

· Maintain accurate records and process all orders, reports and other paperwork as required to meet predetermined deadlines.

· Take a complete inventory daily and suggest order using par levels with person in charge.

· Rotate products according to Company Rotation Policy.

· Ensure proper placement of all pertinent point of sale signage, base wrap, and other POS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
