Key Responsibilities

• Support senior sales staff in managing client accounts and pipelines.
• Qualify incoming leads through phone calls, emails, and online outreach.
• Schedule consultations, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Research market trends and identify potential new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in garment sales..
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
