Velour Saphira is a new luxury braiding salon looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Salon Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the salon, lead a team of braiders, and ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and opening/closing procedures
• Manage and coordinate the braiding team and daily schedules
• Ensure clients are greeted warmly and receive excellent customer service
• Monitor appointments, client flow, and salon efficiency
• Handle client questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
• Ensure the salon remains clean, organized, and beautifully maintained
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• Help train, motivate, and hold team members accountable
• Ensure salon policies and standards are consistently followed
• Assist with sales, upselling, and growing repeat clientele.
• Communicate daily with the salon owner regarding operations and team performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous salon management or management experience preferred and a plus but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and dependable
• Professional, positive, and confident personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing a diverse team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Braiding industry experience is a plus, but not required. Must have knowledge about good braids
