Assistant Sampling Co-ordination

Job highlights

• . Education and Experience: Minimum Graduation. Great communication skills are a must.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience must be in Mens wear (Woven background)

• Receiving and understanding requirements from buyers,issue proto / ones samples

• Sourcing similar fabrics, trims, threads, accessories according to the buyers requirements

• Internal coordination with different departments accessories,merchandising, fabrics,etc)

• Explaining the style to pattern master and constant follow up for getting samples ready
  within TAT.(get samples checked , finished , washed , embroidered , printed and specd ship
  samples to the buyer)

• Detailed planning,execution and follow up of shipment of various samples.

• Coordination with sourcing and merchandising department

• Attending meetings with the top management for weekly reviews including forecasting
  about the samples.

• Visiting our factories at Umergoan (Gujarat) and Bangalore for new product development.
