Assistant Scout Executive

Main Duties

• Assist in the daily operation and administration of the office;
• Assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures;
• Manage project documentations;
• Organise activities and support project management;
• Collaborate and maintain effective relationship with various internal and external stakeholders;
• Provide administrative support to committees and related meetings.

Requirements

• A degree from a reputable university;
• Preferably a few years working experience;
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well-organised and attentive to details;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
