What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- สรรหา คัดเลือก และบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Supplier และ Contractor ที่มีศักยภาพ
- เปรียบเทียบ วิเคราะห์ และเจรจาต่อรองราคา รวมถึงเงื่อนไขทางการค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความคุ้มค่าสูงสุดแก่บริษัท
- ดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง ตั้งแต่การตรวจสอบ PR การออก PO และประสานงานด้านสัญญาให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโครงการ
- ติดตามการส่งมอบวัสดุและงานจ้างให้เป็นไปตามแผน พร้อมตรวจสอบคุณภาพและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของ Supplier และ Contractor
- จัดเก็บและบริหารเอกสารการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรม เศรษฐศาสตร์ การจัดการ บริหารอสังหาฯ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์จัดซื้อสายอสังหาฯ/ก่อสร้าง 4 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรองและวิเคราะห์ราคา
- สามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี
