Assistant Security Manager

Role

To manage security operations across BPMS-managed residential and commercial projects in Faridabad, ensuring the safety of residents, employees, assets and infrastructure through effective security practices, risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security operations, access control, surveillance, patrolling and emergency response across projects.
• Develop and implement security SOPs, protocols and risk mitigation measures.
• Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage security incidents, theft, breaches and emergencies with timely escalation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with police, fire department, local authorities and other external agencies.
• Manage security manpower deployment, performance, training and capability development.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, biometric, alarm and other security systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and company security requirements.
• Conduct mock drills, evacuation exercises and security awareness programs.
• Prepare security MIS, incident reports, risk dashboards and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Facility, Engineering, IT and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Business Administration or related field.
• 48 years of experience in Security Management / Project Security.
• Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Infrastructure or multi-site operations preferred.
• Strong experience in security manpower and agency management.
• Good knowledge of security systems, risk management and statutory compliance.
