What You’ll Do

As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the floor team and ensuring every guest experience feels seamless and elevated. Responsibilities include:

• Dining room readiness — Prepare and maintain the dining room before, during, and after service. A well‑set stage creates consistent, polished execution.
• Active team support — Support servers and bartenders, anticipate needs, and jump in with grace. No one works alone.
• Guest touchpoints — Deliver water, bread, and shareable items with warmth and efficiency, creating thoughtful moments throughout the meal.
• Clearing & resetting — Clear and reset tables with care, helping maintain a smooth, intentional flow on the floor.
• Kitchen communication — Coordinate with the kitchen and expo team to ensure pacing and presentation meet our standards.
• Engaged awareness — Stay observant, find solutions early, and help the team stay one step ahead.
• Professional standards — Show up on time, maintain cleanliness, and bring your best self daily.
• Positive presence — Contribute your personality through warm greetings, quick assists, and supportive interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability of 4–5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a special team
• Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset
