Assistant Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Service Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our electrical and electronic equipment to clients across Calabarzon & Mimaropa. Your expertise in electrical/electronic engineering will be crucial in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with our products, identifying solutions to resolve problems efficiently
3. Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment
4. Liaise with the sales team to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
5. Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on performance metrics
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our service offerings

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar service engineering role, preferably in the electrical/electronic equipment industry
3. Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
5. Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients
6. Willingness to travel to client sites within the CALABARZON, MIMAROPA regions, and Visayas as required
