What You'll Do

• Assist the Service Manager with daily service department operations.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
• Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and keep customers informed.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely communication.
• • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Help drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support employee training, coaching, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through. ‍- Leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
