Assistant Service Manager

JOB SCOPES:

• Lead a team of Engineer and Technician
• Resolve problems
• Allocating jobs
• Liaise with clients
• Administrative work
• Report to Service Manager

BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary: $6000 - $9000
• Bonuses: Generally 3 months and above
• Allowances: OT, Meal, Onboard, Laundry, etc
• Annual Leave:  Start at 16-18 days, increasing progressively to 21 days
• Medical Coverage: Extended to immediate family members
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Transport: Shuttle bus service provided across Singapore

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Good to have a Degree in Engineering but not a must
• Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years technical experiences in Marine & Offshore sector
• Leadership: Must have experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Industry Background: Marine Diesel Engine overhauling, Shipbuilding or repair
• Knowledge: Good to have knowledge with Marine Diesel Engine*

• Existing Service Engineer/ Team Lead/ Supervisor in the Marine Industry.
• Assistant Service Manager in the Marine Industry.
• Existing or Ex-navy are welcome too.
