What they need
ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
Industry: Lifts & Elevators
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Role: Assistant Service Manager
Required Experience:
Candidates must have experience in the Lift / Elevator Industry with strong technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
Technical Requirements:
- Elevator Types: Traction (Mandatory) / Hydraulic / Vacuum
- Experience in Service & Maintenance (S&M)
- DBG (Distance Between Guides), Guide Alignment, Running Clearance, MCB
- Commissioning: Lift Wiring, Programming, VVVF/V3F Drive, Safety Checks
- Strong Troubleshooting & Breakdown Maintenance knowledge
- Traction: Rope/Belt, Motor, Roping 1:1 / 2:1 / 4:1
- Knowledge of VVVF/V3F Drive, MCB, IGBT, ELCB & DBR
- Hydraulic: Piston, Motor/Pump and Hydraulic system knowledge
- ARD: Automatic Rescue Device and battery system knowledge
- Ability to handle technicians, customers and service activities
