Assistant Settlement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operation for HK/US securities, futures, VA, stock options
• Responsible for activities including Fund IO, SI, CA, IPO subscription, CCASS operations
• Ensure the workflow and procedures follow different rules and regulation
• Reconcile the securities position between internal and external records Identify and mitigate the risk associated in daily operations
• Participate in system UAT and collect user requirements for system implementation
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above with more than 4 years’ experience in settlement operations
• Knowledge in rules and procedures for handling client money and securities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Capable of handling a full set of settlements on stock
• Experience in Hundsun and system migration is preferred but not a must
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
