Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and handle cash register operations
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
• Assist with food safety management by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols
• Support team members during busy periods by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Process retail sales transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change
• Demonstrated ability to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures within the food industry

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
