Assistant Site Acquisition & Leasing Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Source and identify potential locations for new stores across Thailand that align with the company’s expansion requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct market and site research to assess customer traffic, demographics, competition, accessibility, surrounding businesses, and overall commercial potential.
• Identify and approach potential landlords and malls, build strong relationships, and develop a pipeline of suitable locations for future store expansion.
• Coordinate and support commercial negotiations with landlords and malls, including rental rates, lease terms, and other key commercial conditions.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to evaluate location suitability, site conditions, accessibility, and readiness for store development.
• Prepare location proposals, business cases, pipeline reports, and market insights to support management decision-making and new store expansion.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Design, Construction, and Corporate Office, and act as the key contact point with landlords, designers, and contractors throughout store opening and renovation projects.
• Monitor site work and renovation progress through regular site visits, ensuring compliance with company standards, project requirements, and agreed completion timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-5+ years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s retail landscape and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work independently.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Possession of English proficiency test scores will be given special consideration.
• Must have a car to be able to travel all over the country.
