Assistant Site Agent (Ref No: 897884/2026)

About the role

The Assistant Site Agent shall work full-time for 6 days per week (except Public Holidays).

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Managers & SA in performing their duties, site checking of measurements, and purchasing of materials required for the works
• Attend meetings, site checks and training as required
• Ensure the Works, all records, samples and submissions comply with the Specification and the CM's requirements
• Conduct regular briefings and surprise checks

About you

• Holder of Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in building maintenance aspects; or
• Grade T1 technically competent person plus minimum 5 years' experience in building works
