Assistant Site Engineer (Fitting-out)

Responsibilities :

• Liaison with subcontractor and site supervision to ensure all MEP works are compliant
• Collaborate with the Senior Engineer to ensure progress control, safety and quality assurance.
• Provide on-site engineering support during construction phase, propose construction methods for various site activities
• Prepare materials and drawing submission
• Assist to prepare and coordinate of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Combined Builder’s Work Drawings (CBWD) to resolve spatial conflicts before installation.
• Assist in the preparation of O&M Manuals and "As-built" drawings
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 1 year’s working experience specializing in fitting-out and A&A projects.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
