About the Role

Tommy’s Express Car Wash is looking for an energetic, dependable, and motivated Assistant Site Leader to join the leadership team at our new Orlando location.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering outstanding customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Site Leader will work closely with the Site Leader to oversee daily operations, develop team members, maintain high operating standards, and create an exceptional guest experience.

When the Site Leader isn't there, you'll be responsible for leading the team and running the site.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Site Leader with all aspects of daily car wash operations
• Lead the site and team when the Site Leader is not present
• Supervise, coach, train, and motivate team members
• Help create a positive, energetic, and accountable workplace culture
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns
• Promote TommyClub memberships and help the team achieve membership goals
• Monitor wash quality and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience
• Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, breaks, and daily assignments
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and operational reporting
• Follow and enforce company safety procedures and operating standards
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
• Lead by example and be willing to jump into any position when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
• Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable talking with customers and promoting memberships
• Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in car washes, retail, hospitality, restaurants, automotive services, fitness, or other high-volume customer-facing businesses is a plus, but car wash experience is not required.
