Assistant Site Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and supervise project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, contractors, vendors, materials, and ensuring that site activities are completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate site engineers, technicians, workers, and contractors.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at site.
• Check quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Maintain proper site records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with the purchase/procurement team.
• Handle site measurements, work completion reports, and contractor coordination.
• Be willing to travel to different project sites as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong site execution and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of mechanical construction/erection activities.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and contractors.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in industrial projects, galvanizing plants, mechanical erection, fabrication, installation, or similar project execution work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
