Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistant Ski/Snowboard Instructors. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are interested in pursuing a career in ski instruction but do not yet have formal certifications. Gain valuable experience, participate in on-the-job training, be eligible for certification financial assistance and help guests of all ages enjoy their time on the slopes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist certified Ski Instructors in delivering ski lessons to guests of varying skill levels.
• Support students during lessons by providing encouragement, demonstrations, and personalized assistance.
• Help set up and organize Snow School programs, including group lessons and special events.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with guests, instructors, and supervisors to ensure smooth lesson operations.

Qualifications:

• A passion for skiing or snowboarding and a desire to teach and help others.
• Basic to intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience working with children or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
