Assistant Soccer Coach

Job Summary
Aledo Soccer Club is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Assistant Soccer Coach to support the training and development of our youth teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong soccer knowledge, excellent leadership qualities, and a genuine desire to work with and inspire young athletes.

This role is an opportunity to join a collaborative coaching staff that values both competitive success and character-driven coaching. Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with planning and conducting training sessions
• Help manage practices and games for youth players (ages may vary by team)
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and fun atmosphere for players and families
• Support individual player development and encourage teamwork
• Communicate with parents and club staff in a professional manner
• Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events
• Participate in coach training and certification as required

Requirements

• Previous soccer playing or coaching experience
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with youth players
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo background check and complete youth safety training
• Availability on weekday evenings and some weekends (practice and game schedules vary)
