Assistant Software Manager (Embedded C)

Location: Close to MRT Phetchaburi station.

Description

• Take part in all phases of the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to implementation, maintenance and support
• Lead and supervise the development team, setting performance goals to improve technical competencies & development standards and handle team's performance appraisal
• Collaborate closely with team leader in monitoring project status and escalating issues when necessary
• Oversee and ensure project status, including risks and issues and managing the development team's workload
• Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related
• 7+ years of work experiences in embedded software development including system design, system implementation and advanced c programming
• Proven in software team management
• Strong team management, project management and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good English speaking
• Japanese Speaking is a plus, but not compulsory.
