Assistant Software Test Engineer

1. Full-cycle Quality Control for Local OS Experience

Manage end-to-end UX quality for Thailand localized mobile OS throughout project design, development, launch and operation. Evaluate new features upfront to cut high-risk, low-value functions and boost ROI. Conduct full-range UX tests (novice test, scenario evaluation, competitor analysis, user interview, etc.) during development to expose experience issues and risks, ensuring authentic local user feedback. Analyze UX problems clearly and collaborate with engineers to drive optimization. Post-launch, continuously discover local user pain points and demands via store visits, questionnaires, VOC analysis and other user research methods.

2. Local Scenario Research & Scenario Library Iteration

Interview local users of our brand and competitors to conclude typical Thai usage scenarios, user portraits, core pain points and UX requirements. Build and iterate the multi-level local scenario library with real user data and habits, covering key operation paths, control nodes, workflows and core indicators. Keep the library updated to match local user perception and support accurate product testing and UX iteration.

3. Establish & Optimize Local OS Experience Standards

Summarize typical UX issues and user needs from testing, interviews and market research. Establish and optimize exclusive OS UX standards and specifications for the Thai market, define clear optimization directions and priorities, prevent potential experience risks, and continuously upgrade localized OS experience quality.

4. Team UX Capability Empowerment

Deliver regular UX training, case sharing and experience sessions to empower the team. Improve overall team UX awareness and practical capabilities, unify localized optimization standards and enhance team work efficiency.

Qualifications：

1. Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major: Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, User Research, or other related fields.
2. Language Skills Thai: Fluent, native level. English or Chinese: Fluent, working proficiency.
3. Knowledge & Expertise Passionate about mobile products with solid UX knowledge and industry insight; highly sensitive to Thai user characteristics, usage scenarios, OS experience problems and potential risks; Proven full-time experience in usability testing, market analysis or user research; FDetail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible, with excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
4. Project Experience Familiar with mainstream UX research methods including user interview, questionnaire survey and heuristic evaluation;
5. Others Curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning. Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication & coordination skills.
