Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission solar PV systems at customer locations.
• Perform electrical wiring, connections, and system testing.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
• Ensure proper functioning and safety of solar equipment.
• Coordinate with the project and technical teams during installations.
• Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare basic service and installation reports.
• Handle customer technical queries professionally.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
