Assistant Solution Manager

Salary: HK$45,878 – HK$66,894

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting evidence-based research based on organizational strategic initiatives, existing business performance and industry trends
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to work on product / service requirements, operations and technical design, and assist in testing, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Maintain updated and accurate documentation of business processes, policies and priorities, and use manuals and reports on system usage and performance
• Address enquiries and provide guidance related to services / products to internal and external customers
• Assist in developing higher service standards and a patient-centric service model
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies in existing operational systems and processes and mapping out actionable steps for improvement
• Assist with any ad hoc assignments tasked by the development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Health Informatics, Nursing or Business preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Candidates with healthcare industry experience are given priority
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Passionate about new technologies and willing to learn and apply new technical knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Chinese & English Word processing
