Assistant Sourcing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Sourcing Manager to drive candidate acquisition and pipeline generation across all key sourcing channels. In this role, you will lead high-impact sourcing initiatives, optimize channel performance, and manage candidate attraction strategies to meet dynamic volume and specialized hiring targets. You will play a critical role in optimizing our talent acquisition matrix—balancing digital strategies with ground-level field recruitment and vendor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive candidate re-engagement strategies within the ATS/ERP, manage database segmentation, and boost internal referral programs
• Oversee organic and sponsored job listings on major job boards (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing ad copy, keyword targeting, and conversion rates
• Plan and launch organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) to capture both active and passive job seekers
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and search partners, track vendor SLAs, and evaluate third-party delivery metrics
• Lead field-sourcing initiatives, including local job caravans, barangay outreach programs, campus drives, and mega-recruitment events across Metro Manila and nearby provinces
• Track and analyze daily/weekly sourcing metrics including Cost-per-Hire (CPH), Channel Yield, Lead-to-Hire Conversion, and ROI across all channels
• Audit channel performance regularly to reallocate budgets toward high-converting candidate streams
• Partner with TA Leadership and Operations to forecast staffing demand and align sourcing capacity
• Mentor and supervise Sourcing Specialists and Field Recruiters in executing multi-channel strategies
• Maintain strong coordination with Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure seamless candidate handoffs and interview scheduling

About you

• At least 1-3 years of progressive experience in Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a BPO or high-volume hiring environment, with at least 1 year in a senior, lead, or supervisory role
• Demonstrated track record of directly managing ERP/ATS databases, job portal campaigns, social media recruitment, agency partners, and ground job caravans
• Strong data literacy—able to present sourcing dashboard metrics, ROI analyses, and channel conversion reports to leadership
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2–3 days onsite per week at Metro Manila site) and travel locally within Metro Manila for offsite job caravans or partner events when required
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
