Assistant Sourcing Manager – Creative Branding & Candidate Attraction

Join Cognizant as an Assistant Sourcing Manager and take the lead in driving candidate attraction, sourcing strategy, and employer branding initiatives across multiple recruitment channels.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day sourcing operations for various hiring programs, manage job portal and social media recruitment campaigns, optimize digital sourcing channels, analyze recruitment marketing performance, and develop creative content that enhances employer brand visibility and candidate engagement. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring stakeholders, and marketing teams to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing sourcing channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Google, and other talent platforms.
• Strong understanding of candidate attraction strategies, workforce market mapping, recruitment analytics, and talent pipelines.
• Experience in creating employer branding materials, social media content, and recruitment advertisements using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring demands, campaigns, and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Amenable to work onsite at Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
