Assistant Spa Manager

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of spa treatments, guest service, and daily spa operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
