Assistant Spa Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized and professional Assistant Spa Manager to join wellness team. This position supports with daily spa operation while also managing the front desk responsibilities. This role includes coordinating staff and their schedules, providing excellent customer service, helping ensuring the operates smoothly each day.

Previous experience in spa management, reception, hospitality, customer service prefered.

Duties

• Welcome clients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, Respond to clients Questions and process payments.
• Coordinate staff and manage employee schedule and breaks.
• Multitask effectively, and manage changing priorities during busy periods.
• Monitor daily schedule and promptly resolve appointment conflicts.
• Monitor inventory and notify the owner when supplies need to be ordered.
• Explain spa service, promotions, packages and policies to client.
• Prepere and maintain daily sales record.
• Maintain employee payment record.
• Assist with spa opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean organized professional reception area.
• Complete other administrative and spa related responsibilities assigned by owner.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer appointment scheduling skills.
• Professional, dependable, friendly and able to remain calm in busy environment.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership and problem solving skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
